Dawgs vs Dawgs!

How cute are the B-Dawg (this is what Mylee calls Bulldogs) Maurer's!
My friend Jana made this cake! It was awesome! It tasted just as good as it looks!

Well this past Saturday the MSU dawgs played and beat the Georgia Dawgs! We got to take Little Kellen with us for his birthday weekend. We did not take Mylee Jayne because well she just does not like crowds or strangers, and I really did not want to chase her around all day either! So it was just us and little Kellen time!

All I have to say about going to the game with little Kellen is that HE LOVES IT!!! He had so much fun! He was sooo tired on the drive back and the next day but HE LOVED IT!! He rang his cowbell and yelled GO STATE! and wanted to stand the whole game! Needless to say, Little K made his DADDY sooooo proud this weekend and they can not wait to go to another. We tailgated with some of our awesome friends and had a blast! Here are a few pics of the weekend.
Big K had to chase the football bc his little QB1 does not have good aim yet!
The Kellen's at the game! Can you tell they are having fun!
The 3 of us! Yes it was soooooo hot Saturday!

Mommy and Kellen waiting for the game to start! And this is Kellen resting while tailgating!

Well these 3 pictures are actually from the weekend before when MSU played LSU. But when you have a daughter this adorable how can you not put her in a bulldog post!! My mother in law made this dress when she was 6 months old but left a huge hem in it so I could keep letting it out! Mylee loves her face tattoos of the B-Dawgs and she wore them for like 3 days!
Hope you enjoy!

The Thundercats are back!

Well Soccer season has started back up this week! Kellen and his team have gotten so much better and they are understanding the game more. Which is so much fun to watch! Here are a few pics of Kellen Playing and of course Kellen's personal cheerleader!!

Tailgaiting, tents, and SOME DAWGS!!!

Well as you can see from the title this post is about Mississippi State Football! Kellen and I went up to Starkville last Saturday with some Friends (Jeff and Jana) for some awesome football and tailgaiting. This was our first year to actually tailgate so it was defintely an experience.

Here are a few pics of us through out the day and by the way the Dawgs beat the Memphis Tigers!
Love this pic withthe flag and Ms State in the background!

Us at the game- not too sure why I am smiling like that but Kellen is barking at the pic moment!

Jeff and Jana! Jeff is an awesome photographer here in the Jackson area check out his webisite! www. Chaophotography.com! And they are expecting so we are super super excited about that!

We will get better at tailgaiting! Out first time was trial and error!
This was Maroon Friday!
We I can honestly say I loved every minute of the tailgaiting experience and I can not wait to see Little Kellens expression on the 25th of September when we whoop up on the other bulldogs! GO STATE!

The new addition to our family dinners!

Here is our new addition to the family dinner time! Her name is Baby, and she goes everywhere now! She even made an appearance to soccer practice last night with her strapped in the kid baby stroller and baby bottles.

Mylee even tries to feed herat the dinner table and makes her sit in her lap and tries to boss her around.

Motorcycles and 4 wheelers!

Well this week has flown by! Thank Goodness! Just a quick little note to what the kids have been doing. A sweet sweet friend of ours gave Mylee Jayne some cute dresses and PJS and this cute little 4 wheeler. Mylee loves it. She is always begging to ride her brothers Harley motorcycle. So now she gets something to ride of her own! And she actually wore a big bow in her hair for longer than 15 secs (BIG STEP whoo hoo) !! She finally is getting in the stage that she wants her hair done all the time with bows and ponytails. Kellen is just all boy! He still loves to ride the motorcycle around and screams and hollars when riding! Here are a few pictures!

First Day of K4- August 17, 2010

Today was Kellen's first day of K-4. His teacher is Ms. Tasha! He was so excited about going this morning. Here are a few pics of him on his first day and of course Mylee had to be a part of it!

He is so funny and sooooo excited! Hope he was good and he likes it!!

Going to the Zoo Again!

We are members of the zoo here in Jackson, which is awesome, because we paid like $45 and we can go as many times as we want for an entire year free (well for on time fee $45). So we have been taking advantage of that and go often. This time we actually took picnic lunches and after we walked the zoo we went across the street by the train and sat at the picnic tables. So here are some pics of the kids and us at the zoo!

ok There is a story behind this huge lovely pig! So me and the kids go into the petting zoo and there is this pig just laying there. Mylee walks up and I said, "Mylee look do you want to pet the pig?" She looks up at me as serious as you can be and says, "Momma, its BACON!" I about died of laughter. We left the petting zoo soon after bc she just kept calling him Bacon. It was pretty funny and have no clue where she learned it from!
